The idea of "JUNIORTECH" arises from many years of direct experience and work in the sector of injection moulds and machines building for the footwear market.
The main aim of our company is to provide a complete and continuous service to the customer, to which we offer, not only tested and high-quality products, but also a consulting service and a careful technical assistance.
The range of equipments and relevant services we can provide is various and wide:
- Models design service: design and study of new models for all kinds of shoes in injected plastic material (EVA, PVC, TR, PU, TPU), including the supply of all materials necessary to the production of the finished product.
- Moulds: moulds for boots, sandals and soles, with direct injection onto the upper, one-colour and two-colour, studied and designed on request.
- Components for shoes: buckles, buttonholes, uppers, boot socks, master batches, synthetic materials, transfer/stickers, designed and realized on request.
- Accessories: industrial chillers, granulators, machines for the appliance of buckles and buttonholes, kits for moulds maintenance.

Our purpose is to develop a method of work always in strict contact with the customer, that frequently works far from the reality of Italian industry and fashion, trying to satisfy in real terms and in the best way the customer's demands.
The employment of qualified personnel, the graphic/ design study, the utilization of very advanced process systems (3D CAD/ CAM) and the building of the product with high technology machinery (mc CNC 5 axis) allow Juniortech to interact with the customers at all stages of mould working process (from the study and development to the final building).
Thanks to the study, the 3D design, the prototype realization, the manufacturing with CNC machines and the moulds testing, Juniortech is able to offer a complete package and a high quality service directed to the achievement of an excellent result.
