WL303
Multi-station rotary machine (10-12 stations) for the production of two-colour and three-colour boots in thermoplastic materials, according to the Upper/sole/middle-sole, sole/upper, or upper/sole cycles.
Moulds with single sole male ("3 pieces") or double sole male ("4 pieces").
WL: mould depth = 820 mm, for boots about 42 cm high.
WLX: mould depth = 920 mm, for boots about 49 cm high.
Solidly built spheroidal cast iron mould-holders with wide width equal to 860 mm on the whole depth, suited to easily contain one pair of mould for boots of big size.
Rigid frontal plate which brings the sole plates.
Combined vertical and horizontal double press group.
First press with 4 vertical cylinders and 4 horizontal cylinders to get an homogeneous distribution of the forces on the mould closing surfaces and to keep the position of the lasts inside the mould.
Rigid press structure in spheroidal cast iron.
Spheroidal cast iron monolithic structure of the horizontal presses with wide counterthrust surface and chromate wedge.
Vertical closing from 2200 to 350 kN for the first press (upper/bootleg)
Vertical closing from 1400 kN for the second press (sole)
Horizontal press closing from 800 to 1600 kN
Injection group made up of 3 injectors: 2 injectors, that lie one on the top of the other, on the first press and 1 injector on the second press.
High energy efficiency injectors and high plasticization to interlock the machine with fast cycles, electronic control mould by mould for the injection "profiles".
The third injector (second press) can be shaped with vertical movement for productive flexibility.
Injection volumes from 1450 cc to 3400 cc.
The equipment can be shaped with integrated automation, like sprue puller with automatic division of materials, grinding and recycle; system for the checking and control of the moulds assembling; system for the quick moulds assembling; boots de-lasting system.
